無意間發現這本書，網路上的網友們對於這本書評價還不錯，就無形之中對這本書產生了好奇感。看完這一書感覺到內心很平靜，心靈受到寄託，與前一本書零極限一樣。帶給人的啟發是相同的，外在的一切人、事、物都是假象，因緣巧合。所以我們才會看山是山，看海是海，當看透、看清這一切外在，我們眼前所看到的就不是這樣了。以下是我節錄書中，認為還不錯的話，以發人省思。 人可以活在幻覺夢境中，但人到四十，應該要開始覺醒，看清許多假象妄覺，不要一直活在自己創造的幻覺世界裡。 佛一直想告訴我們的不外乎是：我們的所有期待和想法都是夢。 當一個人真正覺醒，他會真正微笑，因為他覺悟到，人世間一切的好壞苦樂，都只是夢。 從夢中醒來，就好像我們看完電影，電影院的燈打開，不管剛剛我們看的是喜劇或恐怖片，燈一亮，全都是夢，都是電影，都是假的，大家帶著笑意離開，沒有人會留下來或跑到銀幕前找劇中人，或者大哭大鬧。 佛陀是慈悲的，對所有人都是一視同仁的，祂會在適當的時間，去敲每個人的門，告訴你時間不多了，應該要醒來了，否則死亡專車一到，要躲也來不及，車子可能會直接衝入你家裡，讓你粉身碎骨，萬劫不復。 四十歲，該玩的，該執著的，該迷戀的，該痛苦的，都應該經歷過了。 勇敢去看人生的本質，你就會發現，人生不管是在順境或逆境，都是苦；不管你得到或失去，也都是苦。 窮人有窮人的苦，有錢人也有他們的苦，並非有錢就可以買到任何東西或快樂，如果一個人不能徹底覺醒，那麼注定要在苦海裡浮沉一生，靠不了岸。 面對人生的苦海，我們唯有學會不停的觀照自己和萬物，才能真正活出自己。 我們的身體並不是真正的「我」，我們的身體，只是被我假借在這娑婆世界活動的工具，就像我們到迪士尼玩，米老鼠跑來和我握手、擁抱，米老鼠也只是人穿上玩偶服，顯現出來的樣子，表演時間結束，人脫下服裝，米老鼠就不會動了，只是件衣服而已。 同樣的，我們的身體使用時間到期了，我便離開了身體，身體最後只是一具白骨，甚至變成一堆塵土。 所謂的我，無相、無色、無形，卻可操控著身體，做出我任何想做的事情。 人得到愈多，就愈害怕失去，一旦害怕失去，苦就跟著來了。 遇到逆境時要心存感謝，它的出現可以讓你重新認識自己，你才有機會還清過去世中，欠人的因緣果報。因我們的智慧不夠，只能知道此世所做之事，不了解前一世自己做過什麼，唯有它們來找你時，才有機會看到過去的我。 問題來了，只是順勢接下手來，把...
